La Banquera operates as a real-ticket purchasing service for authorized U.S. lotteries and as an entertainment platform for roulette. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and accept these rules.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and use your own account. We may suspend or close accounts with false data, fraudulent activity, or multiple promotional accounts.

Tickets and fulfillment

When you buy a ticket, we act as an operational intermediary to purchase the physical ticket on your behalf. Confirmation may include a ticket photo, purchase reference, and draw date. Purchases remain subject to sales cutoff, availability, and payment validation.

Bonuses and referrals

Promotional bonuses are not withdrawable cash. We may issue ticket-only bonuses, roulette-only bonuses, or flexible bonuses valid for both products. Referrals qualify when the invited user completes their first approved deposit. We may cancel bonuses for fraud, abuse, self-referrals, or misuse.

Prizes and claims

Prizes below US$10,000 may be credited automatically to the available balance. Prizes equal to or above US$10,000 require manual claim handling and are subject to a 10% operational fee on the amount actually collected. Taxes, official operator validation, and regulatory requirements may also apply separately.

Roulette and promotional balance

Roulette uses USD balance and may consume eligible product bonuses first and real balance second. Bonuses may have product restrictions, expiration dates, and usage rules. Round resolution and payouts are based on the official system result.

Responsible use and compliance

You must play responsibly. We may request additional verification, reject deposits or withdrawals, freeze operations, and cooperate with authorities when fraud, money laundering, or legal non-compliance is suspected.
